Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm-9:00pm *

I will not be able to respond to calls/texts/emails outside business hours. Please allow up to one business day for me to get back.

Tuition and Payment - Cash, Checks, or Online *

Monthly tuition is due by the 10th of each month. A $20.00 late fee will automatically be applied past the 10th.

An invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of each month.

Punctuality *

Students are scheduled back-to-back. If you are early, please wait in the car or right outside the studio until I let you in. If you are late, we will still end on time. Online Lessons: Please have all devices and materials ready PRIOR to the start of our lesson.

Parental Involvement *

Parents are absolutely welcome to be silent observers of our lessons. However, please let me work with the student independently without interruptions and wait until the end of the lesson to ask any questions.

Illnesses *

Please DO NOT come for an in-person lesson if you are sick. Students who come sick will be asked to go home. There are make up options available.

Cancellation Policy *

Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance. Should I cancel, there will be a guaranteed make up or lesson credit.

Make Up/Rescheduling Credits and Condition *

I understand and agree to these conditions:

Students are given 3 makeup credits per year to be used for any reason (EXCEPT forgetting a lesson/no call/no show), no questions asked as long as Ms. JY is given at least 24hr notice. Once credits run out, there will be strictly no makeups/rescheduled lessons and the benefit of a lesson will be forfeited.

In case of illness: Switching from an in-person lesson to an online lesson (does not use make up credit)
Practice Video - emailed before your lesson time (does not use make up credit)
Swap List: at least 24hrs notice (does not use make up credit)
Flex/Make Up Week at the end of each semester, and mid-Spring semester (uses make up credit)

Media Release (Students' names are not used) *

Yes, I am ok with you using my/my child's photos in your studio's online pages. No, please do not use my/my child's photos in your studio's online pages.
